With over a decade of experience in software engineering, Roni Milner has established himself as a distinguished technology professional through roles at Microsoft and the Israeli Navy.

His career includes significant achievements as a Full Stack Developer for web-based C4I systems and, more recently, as a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, where he has directed the development of Dynamics 365 applications and led critical integrations for Microsoft Teams Meeting Prep for the new Financial Services app. Within Microsoft, Roni's contributions have earned him recognition following his instrumental role as one of the first engineers in the development team for the Financial Meeting App.

Combining his extensive technical expertise with a formal education in Computer Science and Software Engineering, Roni developed the concept for MeetFit after observing the unique wellness challenges faced by technology professionals, drawing on his deep understanding of both the technical and human aspects of the industry.
